The storefront is the part everyone looks at. Orders, stock, customers, contract prices and invoices moving correctly between OroCommerce and your ERP is the part that decides whether the project works. Synolia has been doing exactly that since 2004, as one of OroCommerce's founding SI partners.
Synolia provides OroCommerce implementation and integration services: discovery and solution design, ERP, PIM and CRM integration, catalog and pricing migration, custom bundle development, Latin American electronic invoicing, and post-launch support. One of OroCommerce's founding SI partners, with a Chile-based team covering Latin America, the US and Europe.
Every estimate we give is based on this map. If we have not looked at your systems, any number we give you is a guess, and so is anyone else's.
Durations below are typical for a mid-sized manufacturer or distributor. Yours will move with the state of your ERP data and the number of pricing rules you actually have, which is usually more than anyone remembers.
Your customers, your pricing rules, your order paths, your systems. We run it with the people who actually take the orders, not only with the steering committee. In Spanish, if that gets you better answers.
1 to 2 weeksWhat OroCommerce does natively, what needs configuration, what needs a custom bundle, and exactly which data moves between which systems in which direction. This is the document your estimate is built on.
2 to 3 weeksWe connect the ERP early rather than at the end, because that is where the surprises live. You see working software every two weeks, on your data, not screenshots in a status report.
8 to 16 weeks to first releaseRuns in parallel with the build. Products, attributes, corporate accounts, contract price lists and historic orders, from your current platform, your ERP, or the spreadsheets and PDFs that are really running the business today.
In parallelA controlled group of real buyers ordering for real, before you switch everyone over. This is where you find out what your customers actually do, as opposed to what the workshop said they do.
2 to 4 weeksLaunch, then the second release. Support, evolution and the features you deliberately left out of release one, now prioritized against what the pilot taught you.
OngoingThe most useful thing a partner can tell you is what to leave out. Here is roughly how we split it, and we will argue about it with you honestly.
A real OroCommerce Enterprise B2B storefront we host. Log in as a buyer and run a quote through to an approved order. It is the same platform your project would be built on, and it resets every night.
// Want it on your own catalog and pricing? We build that within 24 hours.
// Meridian Industrial Supply is a fictional distributor we built to show the platform.
Your ERP, your pricing model, your countries. We will tell you what the real integration surface looks like and what it means for timeline and budget. In Spanish or English.
We will come back to you within one business day with a first read on your integration surface, in Spanish or English.
A focused first release typically goes live in three to six months. The range depends almost entirely on integration: how clean your ERP data is, how many pricing rules you have, and how many systems have to agree with each other. A large multi-country rollout runs longer and should be phased.
SAP including S/4HANA and Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, Infor, Sage, Odoo, and Latin American systems such as Softland and Defontana, as well as in-house and legacy ERPs through their APIs, files or database views.
Yes. Electronic invoicing is country-specific: SII and DTE in Chile, CFDI and SAT in Mexico, DIAN in Colombia, SUNAT in Peru, and equivalent regimes elsewhere. We design the invoicing flow with your ERP and your local provider as part of the integration scope, not as a late surprise.
Yes. We migrate catalogs, customer accounts, contract pricing, historic orders and content from Magento, Adobe Commerce, custom portals, and from the spreadsheets and PDF order forms that are often the real system. The hard part is rarely the data, it is agreeing what the pricing rules actually are.
Both. We usually scope discovery and solution design as a fixed, short engagement, then run the build in increments. That way you get a real estimate based on your actual integration surface rather than a number invented before anyone looked at your ERP.
